Files in this directory contain state-specific data designed
for use with the ALMIS Database.  Generally, the files will
contain national, state and county data.  The files are
available in both comma-delimited text and FoxPro 2.6 formats.
Files are formatted for Version 2.0 of the ALMIS Database unless
otherwise specified.  (NOTE: If you're electing to download a
FoxPro file, you will also need to download the file with the
same name and the FPT extension, if there is one.)

            Department of Labor.
   NOTE: The apprenticeships files are formatted for use in the
   SUPPLY table.  Users should note that the program
   completers included in this file are already employed in the
   occupation for which they are trained.  They are NOT additions
   to the supply of trained workers as are many of the other types
   of program completers included in the table.
