ALMIS Database Crosswalk/Lookup Cleanup

LOOKUP FILE MODIFICATIONS

ONETCODE   Added record for ONETCODE=15209100.  Remainder of contents taken from 
           ONETCODE=15301100 (older code for same occupation).  The file now 
           contains records for both codes. 

CIPCODE    Added record for CIPCODE=000000 (No related CIP)

OESCODE    Added 37 records for OES occupations, mostly postsecondary teachers

SICCODE    No records were added or deleted.  Content of the SICTITLEL field was
           improved to reduce the number of truncated titles


CROSSWALK FILES CHANGED


OESXCIP    Deleted one record with invalid CIP code and 32 with invalid OES codes
OESXCENS   Deleted 16 records with invalid OES codes

  Deleted for CIPCODE=220408

  Records removed with the following OES codes:
