The file ALMIS22.ZIP is an archive file containing a Microsoft Visual
FoxPro database.  About the file:

1.  All tables are empty.
2.  All primary keys have been created.  Foreign key relationships are
    in place through Visual FoxPro relationships.
3.  Referential Integrity is turned off EXCEPT
4.  We've partially implemented the database triggers introduced in version
    2.2.  Update triggers are in place for the OCCCODES and INDCODES tables.
    Deletions and insertions are restricted.
