Files in the folders are formatted for use with Version 2.3 of the ALMIS
Database.  They are organized by file type: DATA, LOOKUP, CROSSWALK 
(XWALK directory) and ADMINISTRATIVE (ADMIN directory). NOTE: you will find
files in these directories only for the files that are populated in the
respective FOX26 directories.
